How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

il «foye» o «canelo», una splendida pianta di magnolia selvatica che combatteva lo scorbuto e che prese il nome scientifico di Drimys [dal greco «piccante», a causa del sapore acre della corteccia] Winteri. Il «foye» è un albero sacro anche per gli indigeni che vivono molto più a nord, i mapuche della Patagonia. Intorno al tronco di «canelo», i mapuche tengono ancora oggi la loro principale cerimonia religiosa, il «Nguillatun», e da quel tronco ricavano la cassa armonica del loro più importante strumento musicale, il kultrun.

La flor del canelo como símbolo ha recorrido bastante historia. Se sabe tradicionalmente que los mapuche, en tiempos precolombinos, poseían estandartes o banderas (la forma precisa no se recuerda) en los que se ostentaba una estrella de ocho puntas.

Más allá, sobre otra pared, Aukanaw encontró justo frente a él, maravillosamente repujada en plata, la flor del sagrado Foye (=“canelo”, Drymis winterii), el árbol cósmico mapuche. La flor estilizada como una estrella de ocho puntas es el emblema nacional mapuche (10) (la "Estrella de Arauco"), símbolo de la Divina Madre y del W'ñelfe (=Venus).
