Не могу понять, о чем речь: prolongacion biforaminal baja. Это из заключения МРТ. Сказали это можно заменить на prolongación baja hacia los agujeros de conjunción. Все равно не понятно. Удлинение? Что за удлинение? Удлинение чего?

Abombamientos discales posteriorers L1-L2, L3-L4 y L4-L5 que rectifican el margen anterior del saco duralsin reducir significativamente las dimensiones del canal central pero que en L3-L4 izquierdo y bilateralmente en L4-L5 presentan signos de prolongación biforaminal baja y condicionan una incipienteestenosis de los recesos laterales y una discreta reduccion de los calibres de los orificios de conjuncion.

Выпячивания дисков на уровнях L1-L2, L3-L4 и L4-L5, приводящие к выпрямлению передней поверхности твердой оболочки спинного мозга, однако не провоцирующие значительного сужения центрального канала; на уровне L3-L4 с левой стороный и с обеих сторон на уровне L4-L5 отмечаются признаки prolongacion biforaminal baja, что приводит к начальной стадии стеноза боковых отростков и незначительному сужению межпозвоночных отверстий.
