Spanish to English Law/Patents Real Estate land registry
Está describiendo oficios a ser enviados a distintos entes, entre ellos el Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble y dice que debe "acompañar al efecto *** plancheta dominial***.
Es una planilla con datos catastrales??

Discussion

Graciela Fondo (asker) Oct 26, 2007:
The building is in Argentina.
AllegroTrans Oct 26, 2007:
It would help if we knew the country this relates to...but it does rather sound as if a plan (i,e, showing the boundaries and extent of the land) is what is being requested...
Graciela Fondo (asker) Oct 26, 2007:
I really don't know. I'm translating a complaint and a letters rogatory and the lawyer asks the Judge in another jurisdiction the issuance of an official letter to different entities, among them, the Land Registry Office (Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble) asking for a report about the "registration ownership" (titularidad registral) and that this "plancheta dominial" be attached. I think the idea is to see if the title is clean, does not have any liens, encumbrances, etc.
Adrian MM. (X) Oct 26, 2007:
Is this first registration of the land - se trata de la primera inscripcion de la finca?

Confirmado también con el Dicc. Politécnico Díaz de Santos. Estas son las tres acepciones que figuran en dicho diccionario:

Plancheta: map-board, planchet, plane-table y plane table.

Saludos.

disagree AllegroTrans : Planetable???? I have never heard of this word, let alone used it, and I work in this feld. A document showing property boundaries would be a title plan or a cadastral survey map

Planetable: a mapping technique. A portable drawing board with a sighting device. - Muchas referencias al respecto... Gracias AllegroTrans. No obstante, tu respuesta tiene mucho sentido y probablemente sea la correcta... No soy tan experta como tú...
