Really difficult.
sluten = circle (disc),plan =flat and figur= the movement it traces (path)
A circular saw does not move normally in relation to its fixtures (it turns on itself) but it may move forward to cut through the wood (or the wood is moved instead)
At the same time, this saw seems to be adjustable (the angle of attack) so in that sense it is not completely fixed
For figur, I have used 'path' which is standard English if you accept this is what is meant
But all this is highly tentative on my part
