1) WF Classic:

Several people have reported on various forums having problems with access various MT software with WF Classic 5.53.
It was
- occurs with both Windows 2000 and Windows XP
- with Word XP and with Word 2003

The MT access feature was working OK with 5.52zw1

The MT access was claimed as blocking with MT software @promt 7.8

2) WF Pro

As the MT access mode in Classic was based on MS Word as the working environment, this feature does not seem to be available in WF Pro. Can anyone confirm? ▲ Collapse

You are correct, no MT in WF Pro Oct 1, 2009

Hi Jeff,
You are correct about the MT feature not being available in WF PRO. Yesterday, at the Virtual Conference I went by the WF booth and I saw in the common chat that someone was reporting that to the CS Representative. She/He mentioned that he was going to report it to the developers, so maybe they will come up with a fix.

Yves and the development team are aware of issues with Wordfast Classic 5.53 and
PROMT and working to resolve it. Are you experiencing issues with MT engines other than PROMT?

As for Wordfast Pro, integration with MT software will be a feature in future releases.
