Hello,

Earlier this morning, I replied to a KudoZ question. After posting my reply, I could definitely see it as a suggestion under the question, however, upon refreshing, I notice it was gone... Is this a bug in the system? Am I the only one? Is this a known problem that is being fixed?

Something is definitely going on. I even cannot say thank you to a colleague who has posted an agree comment! When I am pressing the link, an error-windown pops up. I really hope that my answers are not gone...

I am in the middle of work and I posted two questions during the last two hours - they are gone Oct 1, 2008

They don't show in the list, when I click on the links in my emails, the screen tells me: "Question not found".

KudoZ settings are gone Oct 1, 2008

Jared, what's happening?

Questions seem to disappear, answers seem to disappear, and now my KudoZ search settings are gone, i.e. language pair, reverse search, etc. (despite being logged in), and I need to enter them every time I want to search the KOG.

I had similar problem some weeks ago Oct 1, 2008

I had similar problem some weeks ago when I wanted to update one of my Kudoz questions and when I wanted to "add a note" my note was lost in cyberspace. I sent it again and again, but my note has never appeared. Since it happened only in 1 Kudoz, I didn't report it. Maybe there is still some bug in the system...

Error messages re KudoZ questions & support ticket

I was notified of three questions this morning, but on
clicking the links, only got "Error: question not found".
Was notified of another one, got there OK, submitted an
answer, got two agrees to it & returned to it to express
thanks, no problem; then got another agree and got "Error,
question not found" on that one. Looked the question up on
"My KudoZ" - it wasn't there. Looked it up on "Ask
question", pair Russian>English, all subjects: it was
there, but my answer was not on it, though three other
answers were.
After that I got another agree with another link to the
question, which again produced the "Error, not found"
message. So it looks as though other people can still see
my answer but I can't see it myself.

OK, so submit a support ticket seems the obvious thing to
do. I did this when the problem first arose, and got an
acknowledgment with a link to the support ticket. I tried
to go back to it by this link and got:
Error: Either no link with this ID exists or you are not
authorized to see it. So I have now had to submit a new
support ticket (not sure if it got there, no email
acknowledgment so far) to report that.

Is anyone else experiencing problems like this today?

...the forum discussions were behaving in a similar way - posts were appearing and disappearing willy nilly.

[Edited] to say that they're also appearing in a random order - a post I made at 9.13 this morning appears after several posts made later than that! We're in a time warp, chaps...

Funny that all of you should mention these problems. I had the same issue with a disappearing forum post earlier today. When I notified the moderator, he sent me a puzzled e-mail, because he could see my reply, and when I checked I saw that it has re-appeared.
