Although natural gas is also generally accepted as a fossil fuel, here, it is examined separately from coal, lignite, and oil since its related CO2 emissions and contribution to global warming figures are much lower than fossil resources. Natural gas is efficient, widely available and easily transported. However, most of the gas comes from countries with unstable economies making it vulnerable to unpredictable political events [1]. Proved gas reserves are enough for 60 years at current consumption rates [2].
Nuclear fuel is inexpensive and it is easy to transport. Although there are no emissions, or greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming or no acid rain during power generation from nuclear energy, it nevertheless carries risks for both human health and the environment. Storing nuclear waste is a major problem. Emergency services, containment, radioactive waste, and storage systems are necessary and place nuclear fuel as a high cost resource [4]. Hydroelectric is a proven technology for electricity production capable of generating large amounts of power. It is entirely renewable and causes no CO2 emissions. Once a hydroelectric plant or a dam is built, it is very inexpensive to operate. The plant can cause some damage to the landscape and affect fish runs. Although water is a renewable resource, many dams available are already in use in most countries [2].
Wind causes no emissions and it is free if available. A windy site with no or a low level of turbulence, with wind predominantly blowing from one direction, or directions at 180 to one another, is a perfect site for a wind turbine. It works best in coastal areas (onshore and off-shore) and on high ridges. The site should be remote from habitation and bird migration routes. Power generation by wind is noisy and unsightly. Equipment is expensive to maintain. It also requires expensive energy storage means such as very large batteries [2].
To capture the energy of the sun directly and turn it into electricity, a great deal of land will be needed for this energy to make a significant contribution. Photo-voltaic (PV) modules can convert diffused light as well as direct sunlight (which is more productive and cheaper) into elec- tricity, so they could be used anywhere. PV modules generate electricity directly from light with- out emissions, noise, or vibration. Sunlight is free but power generation cost is exceptionally high, although prices are starting to come down [1]. Solar energy has low energy density: PV modules require a large surface area for small amounts of energy generation.
The term ‘‘biomass’’ is used for any plant material available for harvesting a wide variety of possible uses such as food, building materials and fuel. Collecting, transporting and storing bio- mass is expensive. Fuels have low heat content and burning biomass creates polluting gases and liquid waste [2].

The surgeon may use an individual ligature (“free tie”) or a suture that is attached to a needle or ligature reel. The length of a free tie or suture attached to a needle
is usually 18 inches. The longest strands of suture material are available on a reel or spool. When the suture is attached to a needle or reel, there is a free end and a fixed end; the fixed end is attached to either the needle or reel. The first throw of a not is accomplished by wrapping the free end either once or twice (surgeon’s) around the fixed end. During practice, clamp one end of the suture with an instrument that serves to represent either the needle or the reel, which is the fixed end of the suture.
Formation of each throw of a knot is accomplished in three steps. The first step is the formation of a suture loop. In the second step, the free suture end is passed through the suture loop to create a throw. The final step is to advance the throw to the wound surface. For the first throw of a square, granny, and surgeon’s knot square, each additional throw, the direction in which tension is applied to the suture ends is reversed. The surgeon should construct a knot by carefully snugging each throw tightly against another. The rate of applying tension to each throw should be relatively slow.
For either the square knot or surgeon’s knot square, the direction in which the free suture end is passed through the loop will be reversed for each additional throw. If the free suture end is passed down through the first suture loop, it must be passed up through the next suture loop. Reversal of the direction of passage of the free suture end through the loops does not alter either the knot’s mechanical performance or its configuration. It simply reverses the presentation of the knot (Figure 6). For granny knots, the direction in which the free suture end is passed through the loop is the same for each additional throw.

If you are curious about, or writing about, interactive television, you will want to become familiar with the following buzzwords:
Three Types of Interactive TV Service
1. Cable

Three Methods of Sending Content
1. Broadband, sending a “carousel” of different content for the viewer. As with ordinary TV, all viewers receive all options to their TV sets at once. Unlike ordinary TV, they now have a computer program, perhaps two, making decisions about what pictures to show.
2. Request – response, which works more like the internet. Sometimes it is little more than the internet, providing content to a TV set. When a user clicks a button, he or she is requesting a file of content. The set top box waits for the file and then knows how best to use what it gets.
3. PVR – The personal video recorder has been celebrated as a way to avoid commercials. But not long after it was brought to market, new ways to send advertising were found literally hiding in the box. TiVo, for instance, runs a service called TiVo Takes, which automatically tunes into commercial content running late at night. The box then makes decisions about when and how to show that content.
Three Methods of Collecting Viewing Data
Real Time – Raw or aggregated data sent immediately to storage database.
Store and Forward – Data saved on set top box and sent to storage database at night.
Stay on the Box – Storage database is kept on the set top box. Data is kept either in raw form, aggregated form or as statistics – the probability that a viewer or household does in fact match certain predefined profiles.
Seven Types of Data to Watch
1. “Click stream” – the raw viewing data
2. Viewing data aggregated over people
3. Viewing data aggregated over time
4. “Anonymous” identifier – cookie or “silhouette”
5. Set top box IP address
6. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
7. Birthday and ZIP code
Any viewer of interactive television will have filled out a subscription form of some kind. The form will contain bits of information such as name, address and credit card number, that are called “personally identifiable information” (PII). Most laws on privacy have dealt with this type of data.
But interactive television is a perfect example of the way that new technology is challenging the whole concept of PII. For instance, given just a birthday and a ZIP code, direct marketers claim they can match members of the public to existing databases of consumer information with 97% accuracy.
And, more fundamentally, does it matter? If you watch four hours of TV every day, if this one screen provides you with most of what you see and hear about the outside world every day, what does it matter whether or not someone knows your name? Your IP address is more than enough.
Another practice to look out for is the “merge and purge”. Two companies want to share data, but neither of them can sell their list to the other. Perhaps they have told their subscribers that they would never give viewer information to “third parties”. However, by merging the two lists into one, sending off whatever mail shot or programming is desired, and then destroying the combined data, marketing can be done as if one company owned the whole list.
Okay, so your mailbox is full of junk. But your PII is safe!

LIMS Uygulaması içerisinde yapılacak tag tanımlamaları ile numune test sonuç değerleri onaylandıktan sonra MES ve SAP'nin ilgili modüllerine gönderilebilmeli ve MES ve SAP'nin ilgili modüllerinden belirlenecek proses verileri LIMS'e aktarılabilmelidir. Numune etiketi üzerinde numune numarası, numune barkodu, numune noktası, numune tipi, numunenin ait olduğu Iaboratuvar, varsa tehlike bilgisi, numune alım saati, gerekirse diğer bilgiler bulunmalıdır. Tehlike bilgisi grafik veya resim olarak etikette yer almalıdır.
3. Uyarı işaretlerinin algılanabilmesi için yüklenici firma tarafından satın alınacak olan barkod yazıcı ve okuyucuların renkli yazabilme özelliği bulunmalıdır.
Opsiyonlar
1. LIMS Sistem Yöneticisi Eğitimi : 4 günlük bu eğitimle LIMS ileri düzey kullanıcılar için sistem yönetimi fonksiyonları anlatılacaktır.
2. LIMS Raporlama eğitimi: 3 günlük bu eğitimle LIMS ileri düzey kullanıcılarına LIMS verilerinin raporlamasını sağlayan rapor tasarımlarının nasıl yapıldığı Öğretilmektedir.
3. ICP-OES, PİONA ve XRF cihazları LIMS'e dahil olmalıdır.
Bakım
1. LIMS Uygulaması tedarikçisi, sistemin devreye girmesinden itibaren, Yazılımın 3 yıllık bakım ve teknik desteğini sağlamalıdır.
2. LIMS Uygulaması yıllık balcımı 3 yıl suresince sistemle ilgili kullanıcı hataları dışındaki arızaların giderilmesini, arızalar durumunda yerinde teknik desteği, sistemle ilgili genel somların telefon ve e-mail ile cevaplandırılmasını, Yazılım güncellemelerinin sağlanmasını kapsamalıdır.

4. By purchasing the modules for integration with the LIMS Application and installation service for these modules, integration providing data transfer to SAP should possibly be carried out.
5. The LIMS Application should possibly receive information from Chromotography Data System belonging to the LIMS manufacturer company, which may be purchased optionally. The data system and chromatography devices belonging to various trademark and model should possibly be monitored and controlled from a single environment. Price for the module, which will provide data transfer from field and laboratory devices to LIMS system via an interface shall be given optionally.
6. The LIMS Application should have the integration management module, which can provide data exchange between LIMS Software additional module license and various programs concerning receiving service.
7. All above-indicated functions apply also for R&D unit.

2. Phase: LIMS-Field Device integration
1. Supplier company shall submit the termination program of the installation and start-up works to be carried out under the device list to be given by Petkim.
2. Design of the sample labels with barcodes should be provided by the supplier company. The sample label should bear sample number, sample barcode, sample point, sample type, laboratory to which the sample belong, danger information (if applicable), hour at which sample was taken, and other information, if required. Danger information should be placed on the label in graphic or picture format.
3. The barcode writers and readers to be purchased by the contractor company for the warning signs to be perceived should have the feature of color printing.
Options
1. LIMS System Manager Training: The system management functions shall be explained to the LIMS advanced-level users by giving a 4 days training.
2. LIMS Reporting training: With this 3 days training, the LIMS advanced-level users are taught how to make report designs ensuring reporting of the LIMS data.
3. ICP-OES, PIONA and XRF devices should be included in LIMS.
Maintenance
1. The LIMS Application supplier should provide maintenance and technical support for three years as of starting-up the system.
2. Annual maintenance of the LIMS Application should include eliminating failures concerning the system except for the ones caused by user mistakes, on-site technical support in case of failures, replying general questions concerning the system via telephone and e-mail, and providing Software updates.

pdf dosyalarının tablete konulmasına alternatif olarak internet linki üzerinden veya MDM yazılımı vasıtası ile (aktivasyon yapıldıktan sonra) cihazlara push edilebilmesinin de kabul edilmesini rica ediyoruz.bu sayede daha sonra dokümanlarda yapılan güncellemeler de rahatlıkla tabletlere dağıtılabilir.
1.2 Teklif edilen yazılım ve donanımlar için Türkçe font veya Türkçe klavye uyumsuzluğu kabul edilmeyecektir.
1.3 İhale sürecinde teklif edilen donanımlar, yazılımlar veya işletim sistemi, dağıtım sırasında üretimden kalkmış ise bunların yerine, teknik şartnameyi karşılayan aynı markaya ait daha üst bir ürün aynı bedelle verilecektir.

1.6 İDARE tarafından oluşturulacak ekspertiz, geçici veya kesin kabul komisyonlarınca yapılacak denetimlerde YÜKLENİCİ firmanın kusur ve eksiklikleri tespit edildiğinde, okul idaresi veya İDARE’nin yerel temsilcileri tarafından muayene ve kabul belgesi düzenlenmiş olsa bile İDARE’nin merkez teşkilatının vereceği belgeler geçerli olacaktır.
1.7 Sözleşmenin imzalanmasını müteakip İDARE ile YÜKLENİCİ arasında mutabık kalınan şekilde (yapıştırma, tutturma vb.) ve yine mutabık kalınan bilgileri (cihaz seri no, öğrenci adı-soyadı vb.) gösteren etiketler veya bilgi kartları silinmeyen malzemeden yapılmış olarak tablet arka yüzünde bulunacaktır.
1.8 İstekliler teklif ettikleri tablet bilgisayar ve donanımlarına ilişkin kendisine veya ithalatçı firmaya ait Sanayi Bakanlığı onaylı Garanti Belgesi’ni,Satış Sonrası Hizmetleri Yeterlilik Belgesi’ni ve Marka Tescil Belgesi’nin herbirinin aslını veya noter onaylı suretlerini teklif dökümanı ile beraber verecektir.

1.3 If the hardware, software or operating system proposed in the tender process were discontinued during distribution, instead of them a superior product belonging to the same trademark meeting the specification shall be given for the same price.
1.4 All proposed hardware units shall be original in their package, unused and not renewed. They shall not include any broken, cracked, faultily dyed, scratched, and deformed components.
1.5 The ADMINISTRATION is fully entitled to test itself proposed components such as every type of hardware, software or operating system individually or as a whole for their compatibility, and to authorize an institution to make the tests on its behalf.
1.6 When faults and omission of the CONTRACTOR company are determined by the supervisions that will be carried out by the expertise, provisional or final acceptance commissions to be set up by the ADMINISTRATION, the documents, which will be given by the central organization of the ADMINISTRATION will prevail even if an inspection and acceptance certificate was issued by the school administration or the local representatives of the ADMINISTRATION.
