Spanish term or phrase: PROPIEDAD
I think that PROPIEDAD means more than just "property" in the quote below from a contract to build a subway in Barcelona. I am unsure as to what the full term would be in English.

"X es adjudicataria de la obra Y por cuenta Z, en lo sucesivo PROPIEDAD.

I appreciate any and all answers. Thanks.

Explanation:
property in this context can also mean, apart from simply denoting ownership, the premises or site where the public works will be conducted (i.e., the subway)

Depending on the specific context, when it means more than just ownership,, it can refer to land, building or construction site.
In the case above, it seems to be referring to the construction site or development site where for the subway project.

For example, a "property developer" would be in Spanish "promotor de construcciones"

agree  yolanda Speece: unless propiedad was followed by some type of adjective then it would be more than just property.
