English term or phrase: racing (as adjective)
What are the possible meanings that can be inferred from this phrase: "I have a racing passion"

1) I have a passion to race cars
2) I have a passion (for something, but not stated) that is so racing (so strong)

Is number 2 a valid inference?
Thanks so much in advance!!

passion for racing
Explanation:
I am pretty sure it cannot be used in the other way you suggest, it would have to be a passion for racing (not necessarily motor racing, could be horse racing)
