Explanation:
Group practice is "the practice of medicine by a group of physicians who share their premises and other resources". This is the opposite of 'solo or individual practice' where "A physician who practices alone".

UMD defines 'group practice" as ممارسة في مجموعة
Hitti defines it as ممارسة مجموعية -يشارك فيها عدة أطباء
But my favourite translation is ممارسة جماعية

Choose what you like!

Note:
This is entirely different from العلاج الجماعي where a group of patients are treated together. العلاج الجماعي is about many patients, not many physicians.
