I am translating a contract, and the phrase "As is" Basis" appears as the title of a section of it. Any suggestion as a title? Here you are a little bit of the context:
"CCHP no es una parte contratante y carece de obligaciones y responsabilidades para con el cliente.
"As Is" Basis"
5.1. All products (including the CC software package) and services mentioned in this agreement are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property."
