I think I am just reading this incorrectly.
Again, it is on a questionnaire and the respondent is to give a mark of 1-10 on how satified s/he is with this aspect of the company's role.

the capacity(capability, ability) of Organization XX to repond to your questions (with a ratio from 1-10).
Sounds like a survey questionnaire of a call center.

After reading your notes, everything becomes clear to me:
The meaning of \"Capacité à faire que l’organisation XX réponde à vos problèmes\" is \" the capacity(capability, ability, etc.) to make Organization XX to respond to your questions...\"( with a ratio from 1-10). This should appear in a questionnatire(eg. of a survey conducted in a call center).

This is just a guess:
The organisation XX has the capacity/capability to answer/solve your problems.
The organisation XX has the capacity/capability to answer/solve your problems.

"Our ability to make XXX capable of solving your problems"
"Capacité à faire que l’organisation XX réponde à vos problèmes" >> "Our ability to make XXX capable of solving your problems"
Since it's a questionnaire, you need to keep the phrases as short as possible (French sentence looks a bit awkward to me)
Some more options to simplify:
"Ability of our organization to answer/solve your problems"
OR
"XXX's ability to answer efficiently to your needs/demands"

I think in this questionnaire the company is asking if the client/interviewee reckons that their staff is qualified enough to suit the client's needs, solve his problems, assist him.
