Spanish to English Science Meteorology Climate study
El “poder de refrigeración” fue creado por el Dr. Hill, y determina la pérdida de calor corporal en milicalorías por centímetro cuadrado y segundo, bajo la influencia del ambiente atmosférico exterior, es decir dependiendo de de los valores de las variables meteorológicas presentes, el cuerpo humano tendrá sensaciones diferentes.

I understand what this means from the definition, I just don`t know what the technical term is in English. Any help much appreciated.
