Je vois les choses différemment; au lieu d'une société dont les différentes parties constituantes se concentrent chacune sur une seule chose (single focus), il faudrait une meilleure intégration des parties pour mieux travailler ensemble (collectively).

Merci, Liz. Dans le texte "single-focus business" est opposé, non pas à l'idée de diversifier les activités de l'entreprise mais à celle d'obtenir un meilleur esprit d'équipe...Je ne suis toujours pas convaincu de la justesse de votre interprétation.
