artificios

From a text on canyoning:

Es como vivir las emociones de un parque acuático, pero sin artificios.

Not sure about artificios in this context. TIA!

How about: "All the thrills and spills of a waterpark, but in a real-life, natural environment"?

agree David Ronder : I like this, didn't see it when I was writing my answer. We're on the same lines.

An idea. "Fluff" could also work.

sin artificios = naturally

This solution was suggested by my Oxford Spanish dictionary, which has: "una belleza sin artificios > a natural beauty".

"It's like living the thrills of an aquapark, but naturally."

Otherwise, "without it being contrived" would be my best shot.

But I prefer the "natural" option - it is what "sin artificio" means.

"experiencing the thrills" maybe better than "living"
