with my (notarial/loan broker's) assistance

Depends who's doing the 'intervening'. The question does not say.

But it is a common sign-off by a Notary, Commissioner for Oaths/ fedatario publico, stockbroker or loan agent involved in the 'engrossment and attestation' of such an 'instrument'.

Assistance is also what UK Notaries as well as City of London Scrivener-Linguists use e.g. in ES/EN parallel-text powers of attorney.

Legally astute commentators will know the meaning of the terms of engrossment, attestation, instrument and Scriveners.
Example sentence:

Assistance at the signing of the notarial deed of sale www.montreal-immobilier.ca/en/vendeur.html
