That term india is used very often in Guatemala, it can be used as a discriminatory insult as well as a way of speaking. Example, when we say "qué india sos" means you are so stubborn.......This is because of the indian population of Guatemala and it is a way of speaking that comes from way back in time

: I agree, although mula in guatemala at least is used more as "stupid" or "idiotic." So a stupid idiot might work. The term in and of itself is quite pejorative as such in Spanish...
