What's needed here is a catchy colloquial phrase to capture the spirit of the German, not a word-for-word translation.

Just a sugggestion! I can't think of a natural sounding literal translation, so I'd be inclined to alter it - enough to convey the same meaning, but keeping it short and snappy.

: I also considered suggesting this (and AY's alternative), but does it not imply that if you are successful once, you will remain so? Is that really what the German says? Or that success gives you the "courage" to continue looking for success. Fine line.

: also @ Cilian - would a change of verb help at all? Success inspires [more] success (as in inspires you with the courage/confidence to go on); success feeds success (cf. asker's "once you've had a taste of success you want more); success fosters success?

Ja, ein „not resting on our laurels“ schwingt wohl mit. Vor allem aber auch die Versicherung, dass sich das System bereits bewährt hat, dass es sich als erfolgreich erwiesen hat und dass man es daher zuversichtlich erweitern kann, ohne ein allzu großes Risiko einzugehen. Man ist zuversichtlich, dass es in größerem Rahmen genauso gut funktioniert. Mut ist hier vielleicht eher im Sinne von „Zuversicht“/„confidence“ zu verstehen.

I think the translation ought to retain the sense of how success gives rise to a desire to achieve even more, how it acts as a motivating factor. The use of "Mut" seems deliberate in the GER, so I think the key here is how success makes you feel.
