Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Gracias, Chema. Está bien el subtítulo. Cuando mi papá cocinaba, abría la heladera y preparaba lo que él denominaba "requechum platus". En Argentina les decimos "requechos" a las sobras de comida. O sea, versión en latín de "plato de sobras".
