Obviously taking here about aeronautics / planes etc.

"ALIMENTATIONS ENERGETIQUES PAR TRAPPES DANS LES HALLS AVION"
Are we talking here about a 'hangar' perhaps or are we actually talking moreso about the interior of the plane, a cabin?

Yes. I'm pretty certain they're talking about hangars. You wouldn't fit an aircon unit to the Eastern/Western outside walls of an aircraft, so it's definitely the building they're referring to...

In England we pronounce it the same as "hanger", but we spell it "hangar"...
