Ingredients: Starch, vegetable fat, sugar, salt, flavouring, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), beef extract, roasted onion, yeast extract, colour (E150c), vegetable juice concentrate, apple juice concentrate, maltodextrin, dextrose, hydrogenated vegetable fat, spices (contains garlic), emulsifier (E 471).

В русской кухне такого соуса нет. Поэтому если переводить, то только описательно, но описание у Вас и так есть.

С другой стороны, названия блюд очень часто транслитерируются, возьмите, например, фахита, плов, соус бешамель и многое, многое другое.

Поэтому правильнее будет назвать этот соус как есть: "соус Грейви", тем более, что такое название УЖЕ существует. В моей кулинарной книге 1959 года издания он уже есть. А вот и полее поздние примеры:

Here in Canada I have only heard just a 'gravy' (not 'gravy sauce'.

Sous k bliudam iz miasa i ptitsi (ptitsa = indejka i.e. turkey, goes with gravy nicely :-))). (Not just 'sous')
