Election To Waive Benefit Coverage. A Participant may elect, or revoke a prior election, to waive the Special Spouse's Benefit described in Section 9.7. The election, or revocation of a prior election, shall be made on a form approved by the Plan Administrator and shall be signed by the Participant. An election, or revocation, may be made at any time within the period beginning on the Participant's Separation Date and ending on the first to occur of [1] the date of the Participant's death or [2] his Annuity Starting Date."
