I was recently offered just under 3 USD per film minute to adapt previously translated television scripts and would like to know what the going rates in the U.S. are for this service of lengthening or shortening or changing the English to fit the time and lip movements on screen. I would also be responsible for spotting the time codes, yet they have provided good software for that and it seems to be a quick procedure. I welcome any information on the subject. Thank you.
