Hi everyone,

I am receiving this message when I try to Analyse r Translate
50202- Word can not convert the document due to an OLE/COM file name error.

Can you help?

Convert the file to .RTF yourself Oct 11, 2007

Hi there.

I assume you're working with .DOC files. If this is the case, try saving them as .RTF yourself (in Word, click on "File" > "Save As" > "Save as type" and select .RTF). Then try to analyse the .RTF file.

This error happens because, for analysing .DOC files, Trados convert them to .RTF first and sometimes this conversion goes wrong (I don't know why).

Please let us know if this works.
