could be one possibility, if your chantier (work site) is the place from where whatever is to be delivered. None of this is very clear from your context.

The above expression is most-common. Look up f.o.b. (free-on-board) and such like. Also seen as "carriage-free" or "carriage-paid". All it means is that the cost of delivery is to be assumed by the supplier. Cheers.
