FYI, FOB doesn't apply only to sea freight but to any type of freight. I have seen and used it for >25 years in trucking.

Don't get it, Francis: franco chantier veut bien dire livr� sur le chantier par le vendeur, � ses frais. � mon avis, rien � voir avec les conditions m�mes du chantier. Le chantier n'est pas franco: c'est l'envoi du produit XX qui l'est.

Tout d�pend si c'est un chantier de construction ou un autre type de chantier (r�novation, culturel,...)dans le doute mettre "free site"

Free construction site doesn't sound right to me. Is this really the standard term? I considered using 'free to site at rue...' as this seems to make more sense to me.

could be one possibility, if your chantier (work site) is the place from where whatever is to be delivered. None of this is very clear from your context.

Free at/on [construction] site

The above expression is most-common. Look up f.o.b. (free-on-board) and such like. Also seen as "carriage-free" or "carriage-paid". All it means is that the cost of delivery is to be assumed by the supplier. Cheers.
