ETC. Creo que tienes que ver el contexto un poco mas. Yo usaria "las personas laicas" al referirme a los que participan pero no estan necesariamente contratados (con sueldo) por la iglesia. Si buscas 'personal laico" tambien hay muchas entradas en el internet, pero la mayoria son personas que trabajan para la iglesia.
