If sampling and analysis show that the waste differs in physical description and composition from that stated in the accompanying document, XXX has the right to return the waste.
The notifier is obliged to take back the waste in the event that the transfer is not completed in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) N. 259/93 or in the event the transfer is in violation of this.
