Io chiederei al cliente, o alla fonte. Se questo non è possibile lascerei non tradotto spiegando con la massima evidenza che non si tratta di una sigla comune e che si presta a molteplici interpretazioni.
A meno che torni dalle vacanze pasquali qualche traduttore con esperienza specifica...

Mattia I think this is it because with franchises usually product is delivered to the franchise via a freight company and channels that have agreeements with the owners.
I other words, if somebody delivering merchandise, food or whatever to the restaurant falls on his/her butt and sues, the insurance must cover the accident.

La seconda volta richiedono che queste persone siano nominate indivialmente nelle clausole dell'assicurazione..penso fornitori vada bene

Fosse "delivery agent infrastructure" come lo traduco, fornitore?Perchè il contratto parla solo di un franchising per ristorante, quindi non capisco se il delivery agent possa essere appunto il fornitore.
