I am not quite sure about the marked part:
Natural and artificial earths *** alone or mixed with *** ? carbons for adsorption and decolouring.

I have no argument with your middle bit, but wonder if "soils" would not be better (depending on context of course, but there are a number of ghits for "natural or artificial soils" and just one for "natural or artificial earths"), and if "charbons" is not "charcoal" here.
