This is my suggestion. This might not be the exact word that the SLT uses. There are a lot of cultural issues within...
To "talk about something" is what the speaker is going to do. "Reflexionará" is a way to say it. The fact is that the speaker has already "meditated" or "thought out" what he or she is going to say or "talk about."
"Share his/her thoughts" would be a close to literal translation.
