The whole sentence (for context) of this case report says:
Se han publicado casos aislados por rotura de quistes tiroideos y timicos, hemorragias sobre tumores o metastasis (timoma, teratoma, metastasis de angiosarcoma, etc.), sobre focos de hematopyesis extramedular y sobre lipomatosis mediastinica.
I think what is confusing me the most in this sentence is "sobre". From the context I would assume that it means "of" (bleeding of tumours etc.) but then why didn't they use "de"? I think I'm not seeing the full picture here, so if someone could help me out that would be great.
