Josephine79 Aug 27, 2007:
I would also prefer "taxes" not "the tax" as it means all and any
Josephine79 Aug 27, 2007:
The first part of your suggestion strikes me as being awkward and not very accurate: it's not a question of the tax being levied, but of the paperwork being sent to the registered owner as the taxman doesn't want to have to chase the occupier.
Valosh (asker) Aug 27, 2007:
My try: With regards to the tax levied by the tax Authorities, the Lessee shall have 15 days from reception of the Lessor or his/her representative's notification of the tax Authorities' demand to make payment.

tax demands addressed by the (fiscal) authorities to the lessor

the "fisc" send out their tax demands to the landlord and the landlord then notifies the lessee who must pay the tax to the said authorities within 15 days of receiving notification

Any claim for payment received by the Lessor from the Tax Authority

should be readdressed by himself or his representative to the Lessee for him to pay the amount involved within 15 days after receipt of such claim.

J'ai un peu modifié la construction de la phrase..mais je ne suis pas sûre que ce soit très clair en anglais...
