The Art & Science of Cooking as Reviewed & Corrected... Explanation: ...by the Requirements of Balanced Diet and the National Economy OR ...by the Demands of Sound Eating Habits and the Market Demand It's wordy and inflated in Swedish, so you have to keep it pompous. |

Cooking as Science and Art with Especial Regard to the Requirements of Health and Economy Explanation: Interesting! I wish I knew more about the book, which I am sure is quite old. I am a little in doubt as to the translation of hälsolära because I think it could sometimes mean hygiene. |
