agree  Vera Wilson: Ich stimme für Vanillesauce. Die crème anglaise ist wesentlich dünner als der 'custard'. Creme bedeutet auf Deutsch dickeres, also so was wie Vanillepudding (und da kann dann schon mal Sahne dabei sein...:) )
