Good afternoon
I am completely at a loss as to what the above would mean. It is a subject course title for someone who studied accounting and auditing.
Does it just mean document management of some type?
Thank you

Basics of document management
The word обеспечение is often redundant, and I think it is here.
Basics of managing provision of documents might do if you want to leave it in. I suppose it means learning how to find documents when someone needs you to supply them (I wonder if it includes a Google study course?)

Basics of Document Control
Just a thought: people who do this for a job are called Document Controllers. (I know - I was one, briefly.)
