Context:

coeur ? IMHO, there's a typo for "coeur" that could be "cours" (en cours de charge) Should be "au coeur" non "en coeur" that is not french.

As for an autoclave for instance. "En cœur de charge" here means right in the middle (at the "heart") of the load
