: "Die belangte Behörde" is not the court they appeal to. It's the court that is prosecuted. The appeal is going AGAINST that court.

That is how it is used within the text. It lists the "Appellant: Name, represented by:", then "belangte Behoerde: Princely Supreme Court", then"in the matter of: violation of constitutional rights and those guaranteed under the European Convention on Humang Rights". That's all there is. |
