En el extracto del Registro Mercantil, habla de:

"Nomination of a new ARD" y no sé a qué se refiere. Son documentos sobre la evolución de la compañía.

En Acronymfinder lo más factible que encuentro es "Assistant Resident Director", pero alguien me podría dar más luz sobre el tema?

The document's country of origin is Ireland. I don't know the objectives of the company, only that it's a single member private company limited by shares. This is a list of documents submitted to the registry showing a change in the status of the company at different dates. I thought it meant the appointment of a new director or such, but I now believe it must be the "annual return date". Thanks for your help to all!! :-))

Assistant Research Director is also fairly common. This might be a possibility....

@ Crisdelux What are the objectives of the company? Your proposal is feasible, but is the company, for example, research-oriented?. Another possiblility is "Assistant Research Director", among others. More context would be useful.
