Dear colleagues,

Would you please take a look at the above sentence which I just encountered in my work? My translation is: "在品质发展过程中，成功和问题总是同时存在，我们祝贺你在将该计划用于实践开发的过程中取得了不俗的成就。" but I'm not sure if I have put "you have come this far" properly. Many thanks for your help in advance.
