TO STEAM VEGETABLES

To steam vegetables while you are baking or roasting, simply wrap vegetables in foil. Secure the foil so that it will not be blown or sucked off by the fan.
Place foil wrapped bundles in the air grill so that air can circulate around them (you can use the Dual Height Stand to create a platform above other foods already cooking). Steaming this way will take a little longer than steaming in pot. Fish can also be cooked in foil, steaming in its own juice. Add a little lemon juice and add a few sliced vegetables.
