English term or phrase: "Phone in" or "on call" status
Buenas,

When on jury duty, employees must report for work whenever their presence is not required at court, including during “phone in” or “on call” status.

Sé que "on call" es cuando están de guardia, pero no encuentro qué es "phone in".

¿Alguna sugerencia?

Gracias,

Spanish translation:estado/situación de disponibilidad ("on call status")
Explanation:

"On Call Status & Reporting Information: As a prospective juror, you should expect to remain ON CALL for a period up to two months starting on your summons date. This does not mean that you
appear everyday for two months. It does mean **you are obligated to call the jury automated phone system** each Friday after 5PM for reporting instructions. You are required to appear only as needed.
Within your two months of on call service, you may be required to appear for more than one jury selection. Actual in-court attendance is usually less than ten days and the average length of a jury trial is
2 - 7 days and, once a juror has served on a trial, the clerk will make every effort not to call that juror back for another jury selection."

"When a juror is placed in this status rather than report daily to the jury assembly room in the Hennepin County Government Center the juror is allowed to call a special message line to receive instructions on a daily basis. If you are placed on the call-in status you should call the jury office the Sunday evening prior to your start date to see if you need to report in at 8:15am the first Monday of orientation. The jurors will then continue to call the special phone line as instructed. The jurors call at 12:15pm for instructions about reporting on the same day at 1:30pm to the jury assembly room or they are instructed to call again after 6:30pm for further instructions. The 6:30pm phone instructions will inform the juror to report at 9:00am the following working day or to call the message line again at 12:15pm the following working day."

Explanation:
