English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
We understand that you have entered into a Contract dated XX-XX-XXX (the “Contract”) with XXXXXXXX (the “Contractor”) for the supply of equipment and associated services (the “Equipment”), and that under the terms of the Contract a warranty guarantee is required to be furnished by the Contractor for an amount of XXXX being 5% (five percent) of the value of the Contract in respect of Unit 1 to secure due performance of the Contractor’s obligations during the Warranty Period (‘’Warranty Obligations”).
