: The right themselves are called distribution and exploitation rights--but it really depends on the context. To exploit a film--may not sound right.

Myślę, że tłumacz angielskiego musiał zmierzyć się z redundantnie rozbuchanym brzmieniem polskiego regulaminu, ale myślę też, że nieźle z tego wybrnął;
tu jeszcze - pdf z PL wersją tego regulaminu - niestety - tylko ordynarna faksymile, w każdym razie - dotyczy wyżej wspomnianego paragrafu 5 (str. 7):
