Whereas, on November 19, 1999, my office admitted to probate an instrument known as the last Will dated November 16, 1992 and Codicil(s) dated September 1, 1994 and December 9, 1998 of the decedent, true copies of which are annexed hereto, for the ***Grant of LETTERS TESTAMENTARY***;
Now, therefore, I, XY, the Register of Wills in and for the County of O in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereby certify that I have this day granted Letters Testamentary to UVW and AB, who have duly qualified as executrices of the estate of the above-named decedent and have agreed to administer the estate according to law, all of which fully appears of record in my office at O County Courthouse, L-Town, Pennsylvania.
