En un acta de una asamblea extraordinaria de accionistas en Venezuela en la que uno de los puntos del orden del día fue la ampliación del capital social de la empresa:
"El capital ha sido suscrito y pagado en un cien por cien (100 %) **mediante aporte de bienes a la compañía** según consta en el expediente e inventario anexo a la presente acta."
He visto que cuando los accionistas no logran aportar capital al capital social, colocan bienes propios como vehículos. No sé si se referirá a lo mismo aquí, ni sé cómo se dice.

Bienes means goods or property, hence the "inventario". As the asker says, it's the alternative to cash contributions. And "to the company" is unnecessary - it obviously doesn't mean "to the poor and hungry".
