Es por eso que no hay redundancia en el empleo de warranties y guarantee en la segunda oración, ya que warranties refiere a las garantías inherentes al contrato, en este caso, las inherentes al contrato de garantía personal u cualquier otro contrato celebrado entre el garante y CDF.

No creo que en ese contexto debas preocuparte mucho por distinguir qué tipo de garantía se trata. Podría ser una garantía real y otra personal, podrían ser ambas reales o ambas personales, tú no tienes forma de saberlo así sin más especificaciones. En la jerga jurídica te vas a encontrar cientos de repeticiones que lo único que buscan es darle un halo de solemnidad al documento, y por lo tanto, si esas repeticiones, al momento de traducirlas generan más confusión que claridad, nosotros, como traductores, estamos facultados a omitirlas. Yo te recomendaría que utilices "garantías" sin más. Saludos y espero que te sea de utilidad.
