Sauriez-vous montrer d'autres exemples où save apparaît dans votre document ? (juste pour le contexte exact). Pour le deuxième save la traduction est bien sauf (ou 'excepté'). Voilà, bonne continuation !
Note from asker:
Bonsoir! un grand merci/ c'est le seul endroit de mon texte ioù j'ai cela! ici lorsque j'ai they are excluded or varied by.. s'appplique donc à l'épargne de la société? |

English term (edited):
save insofar as
sauf dans la mesure où
This meaning of 'save' has been discussed many times before in KudoZ, you ought to have found some helpful earlier questions if you had tried a term search.
I have deliberately only answered part of your question, since this seems to be the part that is giving you problems; the other terms are really quite distinct, and you should ask them in a separate question (or two).

Certain nay-sayers notwithstanding, the complete expression "sauf dans la mesure où" returns a respectable 319,000 Google hits — at least some of which seem to be relevant; I note a relatively high proportion of results from CA.

Oh but yes! The EN source text is perfectly clear — this is boiler-plate terminology; so then what is your complaint about my formulation in FR?

Merci, Odile ! / Je m'incline devant l'avis d'une native :-)

: only "save in so far as" is the real/right question // blindingly obvious - basic grammar says so; reality check even more: Articles of associations are not about "savings" + "savings" would fit in this text like a square peg in a round hole ...

: "Sauf dans la mesure où" est assez lourd pour ce type de document. Il faut synthétiser le texte, "sauf" me semble convenir ici...

Obviously, yes! But the basic expression 'save insofar as' literally renders as this, and is indeed a common formulation found EVEN in native FR documents; so I think your 'disagree' is a little unfounded! Perhaps mere retaliation...?

Discussion
[The Regulations contained in Table A in the Schedule to the Companies (Tables A to F) Regulations 1985 (SI 1985 No. 805) as amended by the/b Companies (Tables A to F) (Amendment) Regulations 1985 (SI 1985 No. 1052) (such Table being hereinafter called \"Table A\") shall apply to the Company]
save
[in so far as they are excluded or varied hereby]
=
[rule A] save [rule B that is an exception to the rule A]
"save" is used to introduce an exception; depending on the sentence it could be "sauf" "excepté" "à moins que" "hormis" etc....
IOW "Company" and "save" do NOT go together; each have separate meaning! NOTHING there about this Company saving any money!!! You have Machine Translation for that kind of parsing ...
next:
such Regulations (save as so excluded or varied) = such Regulations (in their form after incorporating into them all exclusions or variations to them)
The 'they' refers back to all the preceding 'regulations' — these regulations apply to the company, except to the extent that they are specifically excluded or modified by the current document.
This meaning of 'save' is often rendered by 'sauf' in FR, although other formulations may be more idiomatic.
The second instance simply repeats the form of the first: "such regulations (except to the extent that they are excluded or modified in the way that's just been explained)..."
