As previously explained, I would strongly appreciate your help with my English-to-Russian translation of the Turkish Chart of Accounts.
Here I have

A dictionary suggests “work advance” for İŞ AVANSLARI, whereas the file I am translating has “advanced payments for services”.
Are these payments really for work or for services?

Is PERSONEL İŞ AVANSLAR for work/services received from personnel?

This is somewhat confusing because the next account is 196 PERSONEL AVANSLARI.
