DNA
In the preliminary assessment, DNA was monitored at various in-process intermediates [supernatant after centrifugation (HCG), capture-eluate (CAP.E), anion exchange-pool (AEX.P), and ceramic hydroxyapatite chromatography-eluate (cHT.E)] and at the concentrated bulk.

The critical steps identified were HGC preparation, Capture, and AEX, with the largest reduction (approximately 100 fold) observed in capture step from the HGC to the CAP.E intermediates
