Birth Certificate from Huauchinango, Puebla, Mexico
Hello,
On a BC from Huauchinango, Puebla, Mexico, there is a boxed section at the top that introduces the document and states the following:
"En nombre de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y como Juez del Registro del Estado Civil de este lugar, certifico: que en el libro numero 1 de nacimientos del juzgado que esta a mi cargo, a la foja [numero], se encuentra un acta con el [LENOR?] siguiente:"
"del juzgado que es a mi cargo" is already making me see stars but "lenor"? I am looking at a scanned, somewhat tattered original so it could be another word but comparing the letter forms to the rest of the document, it seems to be "lenor". Maybe the typist was eluding to Poe in some way, haha.
Any help is appreciated. This is a translation that will be sent to USCIS for an immigration case so I am quite concerned about accuracy.
Thank you!

: Exactly, "tenor" would be standard in this context.

Comment: "Thank you everyone! I submitted it for review to the attorney's office with the word highlighted in yellow as they needed it promptly. I'm never told what they do to them but at least I know for next time. Thank you so much! "
